Food & Beverage site - 3D Modelling & Detailed Design
Deans Design Services were commissioned to carry out a comprehensive 3D laser scan of an operational chemical manufacturing facility, generating a detailed pointcloud-based model that included structural steelwork platforms, mechanical pipework, and electrical containment systems.
Waste Recycling Plant - 3D Modelling & Detailed Design
Commissioned to model two existing recycling facilities in the UK, the project involved designing a robust conveyor system capable of handling abrasive materials. Chrome carbide components were specified to withstand harsh process conditions, and the system incorporated multiple interfaces including eddy current separators, trommels, vibrating screens, and laser colour sorting machines for efficient material separation.
Food & Beverage site - 3D Modelling & Detailed Design
Completed 3D modelling for a food and beverage facility in Manchester as part of wider mechanical and electrical projects. The mechanical scope involved designing a new tank storage system with an integrated IBC filling station, while the electrical scope included a control panel to interface seamlessly with the site’s existing tank infrastructure.
Electrical Lighting Design
Tasked with delivering lighting design across multiple UK sites, the project involved detailed site surveys and the creation of DiaLUX 3D models. Lux levels were calculated in accordance with BS and CIBSE guidelines, factoring in shadowing from large equipment. Final outputs included 2D plans specifying luminaire types and installation locations for each facility.
